Building a Stronger, More Vibrant Downtown

The Commercial Space Improvement Program (CSIP) is an initiative by the Brandon Downtown Development Corporation (BDDC), funded by the City of Brandon, to support the revitalization of downtown. The program provides financial assistance to help new and existing businesses improve their spaces, from accessibility upgrades and energy-efficient renovations to interior improvements that enhance customer experience.

By investing in better, more inviting spaces, CSIP helps attract new businesses, encourage private investment, and strengthen Brandon’s position as a thriving destination for commerce, culture, and community life.
